All foreigners are vulnerable to robbery in the high season. It is a problem that is generally not spoken about. Luxury rental agencies are understandably reluctant to mention the statistics and tend to downplay the real danger of break-ins and theft during the summer season.

Many visitors to the Cote d'Azur who have experienced first hand the stress and sense of violation as a result of being robbed have in many cases chosen not to return.

Our objective is to protect visitors who rent luxury properties on the French Riviera. Specifically this includes Personal protection, Dissuasion, Prevention, and Detection.

Personal protection

Personal protection will be in place from 8pm to 8am. Visitors will feel safe and secure during the night. They will be able to call the SRT to report any suspicions and can call the SRT for assistance with First Aid emergencies. The SRT can summon the Police and Fire services when required. The team can search the property prior to clients entering late at night.

Dissuasion

The SRT will be constantly patrolling the area and policing the dedicated properties. The team is visible creating a deterrent to would be perpetrators and the community feels safer knowing the SRT is in place.

Prevention

The SRT provides information to the Gendarmerie regarding suspicious persons, cars, and scooters in the area.

Detection

The SRT will be able to respond within 5 minutes and give support in case of an emergency or detection of intrusion.

Intrusion at the Villa

The SRT will be there within 4 to 7 minutes with three close protection officers to assist and control the situation; the SRT can leave one man on the property until the next morning if necessary.
